Chad, please excuse me but I'm starting to slide off the road. Can something be done about it?
gutteridge: You are suffering from a not uncommon disease called Dutch List. It is harmless and will correct itself in time.

Goedemorgen Chad,
Gone....gone....the car is gone....Ginnie is about to fall off, Vintage got scared by Ingrid, the harddrive got scared of you, I am scared of nothing......oh and Chad, my name isn't Ingrid, my name is Astrid.......gringrin,
Tot morgen maar weer, ik ga nu eindelijk eens mijn kopje koffie drinken, de hartelijke groeten van de altijd wakkere vaste niet bange briefschrijfster.
gutteridge: Sorry Ingrid, I thought you were...hang on...did you say...oh I see, well its Astrid 2008 isn't it?

This did make me smile:- Up to morning but, I weerga now at last once my cup coffee to drink, the cordial groeten of the always awake fixed not frightened letter writer.

Abbey an' toe and chow from the widespread safe anti-virus brief letter writer until tot morgen.
Now look what you've done - you've upset Astrid by calling her the wrong name!
gutteridge: That was a heanous crime, Tim
So the car has gone. No doubt when he got home he said to his wife

"You will never believe what I saw today"

"What was that dear?" she would have replied

"Some chap crawling up the middle of the road taking pictures of the sheep's eyes"

"Well I never" she would reply
gutteridge: She might think that he was having a strange turn, Bill.

there's a lost disembodied head over on chris's site - can you impale it on that pole when we get to it
gutteridge: Yes it is most odd, Jude.

never say 'never' when you are discussing one of Chad's long-running saga's Bill-Phill
gutteridge: You tell 'um Jude.

This one has a small cross problem with it's eyes.
gutteridge: What cross eyed?

Lol at Bill - you probably made that driver's day. I know a wonderful place where retired catseyes are welcomed with open arms - all mod cons, hot and cold running water, etc etc. And by the way, my name is not Astrid, as you well know. You are just being deliberately provocative, mixing us up!
Ingrid
gutteridge: Asgrid you must accept my apologies. I like the home for retired cats eyes you showed the other day.

Where has the car gone to? (vom Erdboden verschluckt?), a new adventure seemed to appear, but we have to wait and to queue up... Chad, you have detected the slowness, too (read "Die Entdeckung der Langsamkeit" from Stephan Nadolny) in our hectic, quicker, quicker rush- hour world, and therefore your photo -experiments are very original and a provocation! I'll look almost daily at your blog, but I post a comment only af en toe.
gutteridge: You are so kind, Philline, and I shall look out for the buch if it is in Inglish.
Pleasant low in the sky sunlight ... Thought we needed a change.
richard
gutteridge: I'm glad you appreciate that light, Richard.
This is my favourite so far.
gutteridge: Thanks Russell. There is a similarity and great difference at the same time with them all.
LOL at Russell!
gutteridge: I think he is serious.
